Important information when you create your account 

 

If you already have a Membership Toolkit account with another organization,
you can use the same log-in here.

 

If you have any trouble please read through this helpful PDF and the instructions on this page.

  • One parent will need to create an account first
    • They will add a 2nd Parent (not required) *
      • *BUT, if another parent is going to be responsible for making payments on a students account, they will need to be linked to the account because students information can only be linked to one account.

    • They will add their band student(s)
      • Make sure you enter the band student's email address. Then when their student creates an account with their email address, the accounts will link.

  • Students will need to create their own account that will link to their parents account so that they can volunteer for events and also see their trip account and balance.  As the parent,  go to My Account -> Click Update My Account.  Click Access Tab.  Under Link Other Emails To This Account enter student's email address, set their role as student, and then your password for verification and click Send Invite.  This will send the invite to your student(s).
